Publishing OWA and web from the same server

Hi,
The exchange frontend is connected to ISA 2004 SP1 DMZ interface.
The exchange frontend is hosting company web and OWA.
how to publish website using anonymous connection and OWA using form based
authentication in ISA 2004?
currently the website is published and working fine.we can send and
receive mail also.
to publisg OWA i cannot create another listener.
ISA outside is 172.16.240.2
ISA DMZ is 172.16.224.1
ISA insiade is 172.16.0.254
pls advise ASAP
