You can use the same certificate if both the sites have the same FQDN
(common name).

If you have multiple web sites configured on one web server and they
share
a SSL certificate then yes you can publish those separate ssl web sites
via an ISA server with only one external IP. Just use separate
Destination
sets for each site.
However, if your needing to publish more than one actual ssl protected
server then you'll need an external interface (separate public IP) for
each.
