Publishing DAV: OPTIONS-forward granularity

I'd like to publish a Subversion DAV-like server through an ISA
firewall. ISA is intercepting OPTIONS requests and answering them itself
as noted in Q304340:

    http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304340

The fix presented is to add a registry value
PassOPTIONSToPublishedServer to the w3proxy service's parameters key.

For security, however, I'd prefer to control this on a
per-web-publishing-rule basis. Is that possible?

Thanks,
Rupert.
