Hi Brian, try this:

First that all make a Backup of you ISA server configuration, the go to
extensions in the ISA console, and disable the FTP Filter, then you must create
a protocol rule to FTP, try this configuration, FTP Filters send the reques of
FTP clients to NAT server, and open ports on demand (FTP Filters its more
secure).

In some cases you must disable(Restar ISA services) and Enable(Restart ISA
Services)the FTP Filter.

        Ok...what gives

We have published a dozen or so FTP sites from an internal IIS box
through the ISA server. Until yesterday they were all working fine.

Now two of them allow users to log on, however no longer allow the LS
command to work. Upon executing LS after logging in freezes up the FTP session
and eventually it times out.

        Anyone seen anything like this?
