You should be able to do this with Web publishing and destination sets. Create 
a 2 destination sets, 1 for www.domain1.com and 1 for www.domain2.com.
Then create 2  Web publishing rules one with each destination set.  You can 
then direct your web request to 2 different web servers depending on how which 
web address comes in.

i create web publishing rule for Domain2 
and it is always forward the msg to the Domain2 which is number 1 
and Domain1 web publishing 2
