Proxy error in ISA 2004

Hey guys
Im still working on this but any help is appreciated.
Standard proxy error 14148, Web Proxy service failed to bind its socket
to 203.me.me.me port 80. Problem is I have a few websites listening on
port 80. Under ISA 2000 I had proxy running on 8080, thing is I haven't
yet found how to change the outgoing web listener in 2004 to 8080 so my
proxy service binds up ok. I've even read the HELP. "SHOCK".
