You're right, that in the GPO, under Computer Configuration does support
Internet Explorer to specify the proxy server settings you want to push
per machine the way that User Configuration does.

You do have under computer Configuration - Adminstrative Templates -
Windows Components - Internet Explorer - Make proxy settins per-machine
(rather then per-user) - but I think you need to set up ISA to publish
its settings for this to work. I haven't tested this out to ensure you
this is the right way.

Subject: [isalist] Proxy Setting Push

http://www.ISAserver.org

Hello All

This is a little off topic but bear with me. What I need to do
is push the proxy settings for my ISA to the workstations on a per
machine basis using AD. Now this might be simple to most but it has me
scratching my head, as I can do this on a per user basis just fine, but
not a per machine. Any ideas are welcome.

Lewis
