Proxy Chain loop -> Need urgent help !

Hi all,
Since 2 days, i have a big issue with my ISA Server Box, When I try to
access our WebSite from internal or external network, I have the following
error:
12206 - Boucle dans la chaîne de proxys
Internet Security and Acceleration Server
In English I think it will be :
12206 - The ISA Server detected a proxy chain loop
Here is my configuration:
Win2K Adv. Server
ISA Server in Firewall and Cache Mode
In the box I have 2 nic:
External:
IP 195.7.123.130
subnet 255.255.255.248
gateway 195.7.123.129
Internal
IP 192.192.192.18
submet 255.255.255.0
All was working fine, but when I try to add a modem card to enable remote
access, I need to change the router properties and nothing wan't to work.
Also I decided to remove it and restore all.
At this time I have the worm.MSBlaster.A virus which arrived. I apply the
microsoft security patch and now nothing is going right.
I check all the article from microsoft support concerning the error 12206
and my configuration seems to be right.
Could someone help me very quickly...
