Selecting those has no effect on the rule behavior.
It also provides no benefit.

For which reasons can we select protocols in inbound (example smtp server)
in the protocols rules ( not publishing rule ) which are normally used for
access from the internal network to Internet. Which would be the impact,
the difference if they are selected ?
