I have two protocol rules one stating that all ip traffic allowed On the second rule I have denied outbound traffic for the msblaster virus om 4444 tcp and 135 tcp my question is will the allow all traffic take presdence over the deny rule how are these rules appied to outbound ip traffic Thanks Jim
