http://www.ISAserver.org Hi Chris, You need both a Protocol Rule and a Site and Content Rule to support access. Make sure that SP1 is installed on the ISA Server and finally, removed the force authentication option on the outgoing web requests listener. Use a packet sniffer to make sure you are getting the wpad information correctly. You might also want to configure DNS with a wpad entry, as there is a problem with DHCP and non-admin users for some browsers. I am using dhcp for wpad information. When I log on locally and then open IE to access the web I am presented with a log in dialog box. However when I log into the domain and launch IE to access the web I get an error 403 that the URL is forbidden. I am using the same userid and password in both situations and the web brower settings are the same. There is no firewall client running on the workstation. Any help would be appreciated. thanks, Chris R ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org/ Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: tshinder@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub') ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=isalist ISA Server Newsletter: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/newsletter.asp ISA Server FAQ: http://www.isaserver.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Exchange Server Resource Site: http://www.msexchange.org/ Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: polarbeer@xxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
