Problems with web publishing

I am new to this so please bare with me. I am running small business server
with ISA 2000 and IIS 5.0 on the same system. I have successfully published
an ftp site but I am having a problems with publishing a web site. I have
followed the tutorials for web publishing that are posted on isaserver.org
site and I still cannot access the site. I get a page that says the page
cannot be displayed. I have changed the incoming listener in ISA from port
80 to port 12345 and then I have changed the port in IIS to 12345 for the
default website. I then disabled socket pooling so that the IIS service
would not bind to port 80. What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate any
help I can get.
