Problems with SERVER PUBLISHING

I hope someone has already gone through this before.
MS ISA STANDARD
7 external IPs
1 internal
After I fill in the external IP when trying to create a Server Publishing
Rule and click NEXT I get the following error:
"The IP address is not defined on this array. Please select the IP address
from the array's external IPs."
When clicking on BROWSE it doesn't even show me anything.
The problem is that I'm using one of my 7 external address assigned to the
external NIC. So the error message doesn't makes sense at all.
