I rebooted...
This machine has been running ISA for 2 months already, but only now I had
to publish a Citrix server.
I can ping the external Address without problems and SP2 is already
installed.

Have you rebooted since adding the IP Address to the external nic ?
Can you ping the IP Address ?
Are you running Windows 2000 Server with SP2 ?

Sorry for sending the same mail twice!

Gary, tks again... but the adapters are bounded correctly.

And Sharma, IPCONFIG shows all 7 external IPs OK.

Any other ideas?

Tks,
Aleks

Hi Gary,

        Sorry to bother you...
But do you mean the Adapter binding order?

NETWORK PROPERTIES->ADVANCED->ADVANCED SETTINGS...

If not please detail a little bit more.

Tks once again,
Aleks

This error usually appears if the external IP address that you wish to use
is not added as a secondary IP address to the external NIC. Make sure that
the IP address is assigned from the Advanced tab in the networking
properties.

If this is done, whilst the ISA managment console is running then you will
need to close the MMC down and reload, as it seems to do a scan on startup
and the change will not be prsent.

Hope this helps
