Well, I found a way to work around the problem but it's not really a fix: I
created a new access rule allowing http traffic from the internal network to a
URL set where I put the URLs I have problems with, and place it as the first of
all rules in the ISA configuration.
Not sure why it works and not really very comfortable with the solution but if
there are not more suggestions...
