Dr. Shinder, thanks again for the response. I went in and added the
domain under the Direct Access tab of Web Browser properties. I have
seen
no change in the behavior. However, I am wondering if it is working as
intended, as I would assume that I would be blocked from accessing the
site until I did something at the hardware firewall level (by default,
we
only let out traffic coming from the ISA Server). Does direct access
really indicate that the ISA Server is not used at all, or does it do
something special where the ISA Server is still the originator of the
message as far as the gateway (hardware firewall) is concerned? Do I
need
to do anything to make sure my browser is receiving this setting
correctly?
