I tried to send this earlier, but I don't think it went anywhere!
I really need to fix this problem as soon as possible.
Thank you for all your help,
Barbara

Thank you to everyone for your help in trying to solve my problem, but the
problem was with the way the router was connected to the network. Now that I
have that fixed there is another problem. If the firewall client is enabled
I can't access the Internet, otherwise everything is fine. What gives?

Barbara

Hi Barbara,

Go through your ISA policies and change any that were external-IP-specific.
Did you restart the ISA services after changing external IPS?

Subject: [isalist] Problem with new router setup

Good morning to everyone,

We have installed a new router and I was trying to make the move to the new
router this morning, but from the ISA server I could not ping the router or
access the Internet. With the new router comes a new set of IP addresses and
I changed the external IP address and the gateway address and new DNS server
addresses on the ISA server. Is there somewhere else in ISA that I need to
change something?
Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Barbara Causey
