Problem with SSL site and SBS 2000

I'm trying to set up a website to respond to SSL requests but have had not
much success in doing so. Given that it's an SBS 2000 server, IIS and ISA
are obviously on the same system. I've tried following the instructions in
Q292569 and Q298900 and still no luck. If anyone can help, please post or
refer me to the process.
