[isalist] Problem with Java applets and ISA 2004

Good morning.
I hope this is something simple that I am missing but I can't seem to
find any relevant info using google.
When attempting to use Java applets on various websites IE displays a
red "X" in the upper left corner. In the ISA logs there are entries
with Unidentified IP Protocol and Access Denied. But no indication
what rule denied the connection.
Any pointers appreciated.
