Problem with ISA 2004

Hi,

We are using ISA 2004 proxy server, which is running on Windows 2003
server. We are having issues like, when we connect to Hotmail account
through this proxy server, we cannot see the pictures and we cannot
download any attachments. Can you please advice on this?
