Problem with Hotmail and gmail

Hi there .I Dont want to take your time .

But my problem Is getting on my nerve. the problem is that these days my
clients cannot view their Hotmail and Gmail ,Mail Boxes

on the other hand I have another Internet Flow
which is provided by NAT. And surprisingly The Nat Clients Do not Face this
problem , However at the moment that I switch on ISA Instead of Nat .
Everything would get worse

Please Help me out to sort out my problem
