Problem with Emule?

Hi dears,
I was using MS-ISA 2000 on my machine.
It works fine with Emule(P2P) software it connect on High ID from the ISA Box.

But when i upgrade it to ISA 2004. IT started connecting on Low ID,
however i have open all the protocols for Local Host (ISA Box)
Why this ?
Please help?
