Try this:
in your browser address bar, type the config URL
(http://<yourisaserer>:<port>/array.dll?Get.Routing.Script).
If you get a text file (JScript, really) that contains something like this:
//Copyright (c) 1997 Microsoft Corporation
BackupRoute="DIRECT";
UseDirectForLocal=true;
function MakeIPs(){
this[0]="10.9.8.0";
this[1]="255.255.255.0";
}
..then IE is getting the configuration data from ISA.
If you don't get the file, then you may have "Ask unauthenticated users.."
selected in your Outgoing Web Requests listener.

When you say automatic configuration, are you talking through the
firewall client? There is the routing array script in IE, but that won't
update my client's LAT?

Are you using automatic configuration or a configuration URL in IE? If
not, they won't get the LDT information.

Hello again everyone,
In my ISA configuration, I've included our internal IP address
scheme in the LDT, as well as our internal DNS name. When users of OWA
go to use it internall, they can use the internal DNS name fine, but if
they use the internal IP address, they are constantly prompted to enter
userid and password? Is there something extra I have to do.
