MessageStreaming Video can create fragmented packets, these can trigger the
alerts.
Is this what you are referring to ?

Everyone,
Occasionally, when someone with the ISA client goes out to download
streaming media from a site, it will set off my all port scan attack alert on
ISA server. Does anyone have this happening to them? Anyone know what to do?
