Port Translation/Forwarding

Hello,
I have 2003SBS w/ISA sp1 and i am trying to add Blackberry Enterprise
Server (BES). The BES software needs to initiate outbound bidirectional
tcp/ip connections to an outside server listening port 3101, and the proxy
must be transparent.
I think that i need to create a internal proxy address that can be
translated externally to the host on 3101.
Any suggestions on how this can be accomplished?
