Another point,.......as they're my dest sets, ........:)),.......and
they suit my users, 20 complaints from 650 users in 4 months...I think
they are rather good.  I did spend a serious amount of time before I
published them, going through them and removed close on 5000 entries. I
then got fed up....:)).

Of course, if your an admin, and you need to visit a site that comes up
as banned, just remove yourself from the assigned user group......:))

I am also in the same position - my w3proxy is newer than the one listed
in the KB article, and the reg hack alone doesn't solve the problem.
Any chance of MS issuing a revised patch for this soon Jim ?
 
It is a little vexing that the 'banned sex sites' list from
isastuff.mine.nu also seems to kill off sites like samspade.org
