Nevermind... Just typing out the question got me thinking on different lines.
Apparently SurfControl was blocking it, even though the filter wasn't enabled
for that rule. I added it in as an unmonitored site and it started working
again.

About a month ago or so I posted how I got a PolyCom unit to work with our ISA
2006 server. Of course, now that we actually need to utilize that
functionality, I cannot get that rule to work again.
I've been fighting with this for hours, and still cannot get the video to come
through using the exact same methods I got it to work with before. Anyone else
working with this?
