Why use your internal DHCP relay instead of the built in RRAS dhcp server? It sure makes it easy to find dial-up/VPN clients on the LAN when they are coming in on their own range of IP's. Is there a particular reason you are trying to force that? ----- Original Message ----- From: "[ISAserver.org Discussion List]" <isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: "[ISAserver.org Discussion List]" <isalist@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Tuesday, January 08, 2002 8:11 AM Subject: [isalist] RE: PPTP VPN http://www.ISAserver.org Stefaan, I was afraid that was the answer. The only reason I wanted to try it that way was because I cannot seem to get the DHCP relay agent to get IP's from the DHCP server and give them to clients. I constantly get 169.254 IP's. I'm sure that I am doing something wrong...I just wish I knew what it was. ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this ISAserver.org Discussion List as: rdzek@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe send a blank email to $subst('Email.Unsub')
