Yes that is exactly what I ment. I have checked the box and the filter
was created. I still can not get PPTP to work.

When you say you enabled PPTP do you mean you Right clicked IP Packet
Filters | Properties | PPTP tab and check the box to create a SecureNAT
PPTP Packet filter?
If you haven't maybe that is what is missing.
