This is incorrect.

The correct phrase is:

The Firewall client is NOT required for POP3.

Thanks for your attention.

Subject: [isalist] POP3 does not work without Firewall client

http://www.ISAserver.org

I have an ISA 2000 server acting as a gateway for my LAN.

I have enabled IP Routing.

Users in my domain are unable to route POP3 traffic without the use of
Firewall client.

I want that without firewall client users should be able to route POP3
traffic.

FTP also does not work without firewall client.

Regards,

Rajnish Malik
