my bad!   "any pop server" 
 
What error message does it give. can you telnet to them or are you
testing only from the client.

My internal clients which do not run the FWC cant connect to any
external POP3 server on port 110 even though their protocol rule is ALL
OPEN

 

Please advise ASAP
