I have just set up a CISCO PIX with a DMZ (ip xxx.xxx.0.101). On the DMZ I
have a web server and GFI's Mail Essentials (ME) pre processor. The
problem I am currently having is getting ISA to route outbound email to
the DMZ ME for outbound filtering. I have setup SMTP filtering on the ISA
Server to allow for inbound and outbound traffic. I have also configured
the Exchange 2000 SMTP Virtual Server to forward all out going email to
the Mail Essentials Server. However, when I do this and send an email
out, I receive a ?You do not have permissions to send to specified
destination.? If I remove the SMTP forwarder all email is sent out but
not filtered. If anyone knows how to correct this problem please help.
