You should also check that the host is using the standard port no's

        5631 is TCP only
        5632 is UDP only

Unless the port numbers have been manually changed.

This is what I currently have setup for Protocol Definitions.

        TCP 5631 Outbound
        TCP 5632 Outbound
        UDP 5631 Send + Receive
        UDP 5632 Send + Receive

Is there another port in which I am to use for receive?

        Thank you,

If I am correct, send and receive use 2 different ports, correct?

Not sure if this makes a difference, but PCA is installed on a Client on
my network, not the Server. And again I am trying to connect to another
computer outside of my network who is hosting.

Sorry for the garbled message prior to this one.

Just in case, 9.x does not work with Windows XP. You must have 10.2 I
        think.

        Hello,

I am having a problem with using PC Anywhere to connect to a Client who
        is hosting PC Anywhere.

I've created the 4 protocol Definitions:
        TCP 5631 Outbound
        TCP 5632 Outbound
        UDP 5631 Send
        UDP 5632 Send

And created a Protocol rule using these definitions, but I am still not
able to connect to the host.

For testing puposes, I've used a laptop and connected to the internet,
and then tried PCA specifying the IP address that our Client provided
        and it works.

        Can anyone help with this?

        Thanks in advance.

        Chris
