You must create an IP Packet Filter to allow the mail to come into the ISA
Server.

Anytime you want the ISA to communicate directly with the Internet such as
Mail, Intenet Access etc... you have to create an IP Packet Filter to allow
it.

I would not do this really if I was you, because you are opening up your
machine to a big security risk.

If you must do this, simply create a new packet filter - call it ISA Inbound
Mail

Settings:
Filter type: custom
IP protocol: TCP
Direction: Inbound
Local Port: Dynamic
Remote Port: Fixed
Port #: 25

Once again - I wouldnt do this unless you absolutely have to
