Outlook Express dose not work in workstation of isa server

How to make the outlook express work with isa server
I have isa enterprise edition installed in win2000 server.
In my clients machine(win 2000) i have installed client firewall.
I have done following things in isa server for outlook express client to
receive and send mails from pop3 server.
In site and content created for users with following settings
allow all external destinations
In Protocol Rules created a protocol which allows on the following
protocol
smtp and pop3.
In both the rules action is allow and apply to is selected users.
I get the follwoing messages when connecting from my clients machines form
outlook express.
This error is for outgoing mails from client workstation for pop3.
The host 'domain.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly. Account: 'domain.com', Server:
'domain.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
11002, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
This error is for receiving mails from client workstation for pop3.
The host 'domain.com' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly. Account: 'domain.com', Server:
'domain.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error:
11002, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Need help on how to resolve this issue.
