Hi Fred,
Configure the clients to use HTTP 1.1 through proxy connections and see
if that helps.
What error do you see in the Web Proxy log?

Hi!
I am going crazy here!!! For some obscur reason, I can not get
outbound FTP to work. This is usually straightforward but now...
As far as I can tell, everything is configured properly:
- Allow all outbound rule exists
- FTP filter in place and enabled
- protocols FTP and FTP download in place (BTW I can
download... I can not browse sites)
- Using PASV or PORT mode with same result (or lack
thereof)
- No matter what client I use, same results... No
access!
I read KB article 817828 that states "Passive mode FTP may break
with multiple IP addresses on external interface" and got, from
Microsoft, the hotfix associated with it. No luck!
This is the 4th ISA server that I install and configure. I
never had any problem accessing FTP sites before.
However, I used to configure my clients as secureNAT clients and
now, they are configured as proxy clients. Any link? I could be blind
but I could not find any reference on FTP vs proxy. Tom's 2 books on
the matter could not help me.
