I am using a registered DNS name to access my exchange server through ISA. I configured the hosts file as per the articles. I can access OWA using the FQDN from inside my LAN only. NSLookup shows that my FQDN resolves to the proper external address on my ISA server tracert fails on some hop at my ISP before my external IP. Failed page gives a DNS error. I am at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
