OWA was working perfectly then....

Problem here, story below
If I set up OWA to work with SSL, then even though I type https://etc etc
it still says that the page must be loaded with SSL. If I remove SSL then
I get proxy chain loop and I see multiple web sessions in ISA which I
assume means packets going backwards and forwards.
OK here is the story
After months of trying I finally got OWA working. Then I tried to install
a http virus scanning package on ISA. It needed IIS. So I temporarily
enabled IIS on ISA. OWA stopped working. I removed the package and IIS.
OWA still doesnt work.
