Just a quick note: When configuring the authentication to your exchange
virtual directories you need to perform this using the Exchange System
Manager Console and NOT the IIS MMC console. If you do did make the
changes in the IIS mmc, exchange will override the changes back to the
original settings.

Exchange SP3 has now been installed and we have OWA
working...yippee..but

Now I get a password box for every graphic on the page which I assume is
something to do with exchweb. I have set the authentication for
exchange, exchweb and public to Basic and put in the domain name.

I notice in the IIS logs that after the initial request, all subsequent
requests are from anonymous so I have even tried to set up a allow all
(temporary) Site and Content filter. Im not using SSL (yet!).

I also notice that this doesn't happen to me but it does to everyone
else including my system adminstrator who is also an Administrator. I
think that I have logged onto the server in the past so I may have some
kind of local logon credentials. I dont want to give EVERYONE log on
local access as this is a DC. I tried only giving Internet users this
privilage but it just stops everyone else from loging on.

I have looked through this mailing list, but couldnt find a definitive
answer.
