Joe, I am familiar with that KB article and ironically enough I am at the end of that process. I stopped the serivces on the old server to make sure that everything had transfered over to the new server correctly before I removed the first server. The only thing that stopped working was OWA. Do you think I should just remove the old exchange server and see if this resolves the issue? If I try to access OWA from the internal network I get the same error message.
