OWA Not working - help

Well I installed ISA Server and the exchange server is behind the ISA
server. I left the microsoft proxy client on the machine and did and
update and that worked fine. I ran chkwsp32 /f and that worked.
Problem is that when someone types mailserver.mydomain.com/exchange they
get nothing in the browser - they cannot retreive the page. If an outside
user tries to ping 207.208.233.130 (external address) there is no ping
response.
Any ideas?
