I see that it does have this feature - my bad!  But for some reason mine
is enabled but doesn't function....sorry for the misunderstanding of
this product.
 
 
Choose Edit > Preferences. On the Input tab, clear the check box beside
Enable copy and paste to and from virtual machine.

        What type of cut and paste? I can copy files and copy and paste
text between the VMs and between the VM to host and to host from VMs.
