You can look at the IIS logs and see when each patch was delivered to each machine, but that doesn't tell you if the patch was truly applied... There is a utility that will parse the logs to give a better/cleaner view of the data, but unfortunately I don't remember what that is right now (somebody else jump in here please!)... Supposedly better reporting capabilities are one of the key features of SUES 2.0 which is scheduled for next year...
