Perhaps I didn't known the problem. With R.A. it's possible to use a simple
file for the invitation, beyond MSN and Outlook. You can to save the file in
network share where the "expert" can to collect it and to start the connection.

I have tried that, but I do not want to logon on the other PC remotely, I
want to help the users without forcing them to Logoff . Remote Desktop will
force the user PC to logoff and will enable me to logon Remotely.
