You should've seen the NG posting today.
I was given "strike two" while I tried to pull this guys teeth to finally find 
out that he was seeing "incredible numbers of ICMP packets from his ISA to 
random IP addresses; why would ISA do that?"

I sent him a "strike three; nuke and pave" response...

Good deal,

    We have over 3,000 machines on our WAN.  We have patched machines and 
patched, but our IDS box still picks up an infected machine here and there.  
Mostly Nachi.
