I hate nachi. I just had a client with a bad infection. I'm hired in as a consultant to fill in for the regular IT guy whose been getting more involved in management and less involved in IT. Good thing too. He thought that workstations with anti-virus and a firewall in place meant that he didn't need anti-virus on the servers. Wrong. One laptop with nachi. That's all it took. All 7 servers in the place got major infections with 200 to 600 infected .exe's each. The only up side was I got to say, I told you so. We have patched machines and patched, but our IDS box still picks up an infected machine here and there. Mostly Nachi.
