Works both ways just fine.

I've used it to form a hardware VPN to my home system, works like a
dream.

I've also used it with my notebook, and using software VPN tunnels from
my notebook to client sites, both PPTP and L2TP.

I've started using it, whenever I plug in to the network, where ever I
am, even on client sites, the performance is great, and the isolation
from the client LAN is reassuring, particularly as for some of the
clients it just a specific task I am performing, I don't have the
reassurance of knowing just what's going on in there wider LAN.

One last OT-- do you have to use the VPN component, or can you just use
NAT with your own VPN (MSFT) client? Just making sure I don't waste
$140.

Thx
