OT. ISA Webmonitor...Latest build

Has anyone installed the latest Webmonitor on ISA 2004?
I have just upgraded and I am finding that it has slowed down web access
times severely, and if more than one person connects then there is no
Internet access at all.
Had to uninstall it.
