OT- How to renew certificate for OWA

Hi
Our certificate used for OWA access via ISA Server has expired. This was
created by our own Enterprise CA. I followed the articles published by
Tom back a few years for SSL - SSL bridging and Publishing Exchange 2003
OWA with ISA Server
How do I renew it, or would I need to create a new one?
