OT : Create VPN Tunnels to Multiple Networks?

Is it possible to VPN from one server into multiple networks, and then from the
LAN side of that server, be able to access resources across the VPN connection
to different offices? My experiance is once 2 vpn's are made, you can only
access one of the networks. Maybe DNS entries, etc need to be made?
